Relying on broad base of foodservice experience, which includes operations, senior management, programming, procurement, design, construction, financial modeling, and marketing, we can offer our clients a holistic view of each project.
Ted has held senior positions with Bertucci’s Restaurants, Ameristar Casinos, Walt Disney World and Walt Disney Imagineering. Additionally, Ted has been an Owner and Operator of several foodservice operations, a foodservice design consultancy and design-build contractor.
His resume includes many prestigious projects such as Valley View Casino & Hotel, Baha Mar Resort & Casino, Penn Entertainment, Metreon and Lake Buena Vista Hilton.
