Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. was formed as a for profit, Florida Corporation, February 2004 by, Theodore Barber, an individual and resident of Pinellas County Florida. On June 1, 2017, Theodore Barber sold the “Assets” to Johnson-Lancaster, Inc., a Florida corporation whose principal offices were located in Clearwater, County of Pinellas, Florida. During the post the asset sale period, Theodore Barber was initially employed, and affiliated as an independent contractor until all professional and independent association was terminated with Johnson-Lancaster in May 2020. 

From February 2004, the inception of Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. through all association with the Company and Johnson-Lancaster ceased in May 2020, Theodore Barber was involved in multiple “projects” some of which are referred to within this website. Those projects, which Theodore Barber was involved and whose “Work” took place within the referenced period(s) are included for the sole benefit of demonstrating Theodore Barber’s experience only and not claiming or inferring anything to the contrary. Ownership of the designs, work product and motivation of their existing lie with Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. and Johnson-Lancaster only.
